Shipping policy

⏰ Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship from our North Carolina location within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches, sales and other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 10 business days. We always work to get your order out as quickly as we can!

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

• Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on weight and destination
• Free shipping on orders over $100 🎉
• For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout
• Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping
• We currently ship within the United States only

📦 Separate Shipments

Some pieces in our shop are part of our Online-Only Collection and ship directly from our warehouse partner. These items:

• Ship separately from items in our NC inventory
• May arrive in plain packaging instead of HoneyPie-branded mailers
• Typically deliver within 5–10 business days
• Still come with tracking information

If your order includes both in-hand and Online-Only pieces, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

📬 Tracking

We'll email your tracking information as soon as your order ships. If your order comes in multiple packages, you'll get a tracking number for each one as it ships.

🏠 Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout! Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes can only be requested before an order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

🔎 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Hello HoneyPie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking around your delivery location and with neighbors, then contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
