📦 SHIPPING POLICY — HELLO HONEYPIE
Processing Time
All in-stock items ship from our North Carolina location within 3 - 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may extend, but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on weight and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply when promotional thresholds are met.
Separate Shipments
Some items in our shop are part of our Online-Only Collection and ship directly from our warehouse partner. These items:
- Ship separately from items in our NC inventory
- May arrive in plain packaging rather than HoneyPie-branded mailers
- Typically deliver within 5–10 business days
- Will still receive tracking information when shipped
If your order contains both in-hand and online-only pieces, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.
Order Updates & Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. If your order includes multiple packages, each tracking number will be emailed as items dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Hello HoneyPie is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
