Jewelry Returns

All jewelry purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clothing Returns (Online Orders)

We offer a 7-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached.
  • You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, we’ll send return instructions (and a label if requested).

⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Hello HoneyPie reserves the right to decline returns that do not follow this policy. If declined, the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

 

Pop-Up Event Purchases

  • Jewelry & Accessories: Final sale.
  • Clothing: Return for store credit or exchange only within 7 days, with tags and receipt.
  • Sale/Discounted Items (20%+ off): Final sale.
  • Fitting Rooms: Provided at most events (when space allows) — please check sizing carefully.

Because we’re a traveling boutique, pop-up returns/exchanges are processed:

Store credit or exchange will be issued once your return is received and approved.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order right away and email us within 3 days of delivery if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Or it’s defective

Include photos so we can help quickly 💛

Note: Items damaged after being worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for refund or exchange.

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry & accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items (20% off or more)

Exchanges (Size Only)

We’re happy to offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, when inventory allows!

To keep things clear and fair as a small business:

  • Customer is responsible for shipping the original item back.
  • We will cover the shipping cost to send the new size to you — one time per order.
  • If a second exchange is requested for the same order, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways.

You can choose to:

  • ✉️ Purchase a prepaid return label from us (we’ll invoice the exact label cost), or
  • 📦 Ship the item back on your own using your preferred carrier — we’ll provide the return address.

💛 Exchange Steps:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number + size you’d like.
  2. Ship the original item back (or request an invoice for a return label).
  3. Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll ship the new size at no cost to you (for the first exchange only).

✅ Exchange Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • Final sale items, jewelry, accessories, and discounted items (20%+ off) cannot be exchanged.
  • Requested size must be in stock.

Store Credit

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with your approval status.

If approved:

  • A store credit gift card will be issued to your email
  • Refunds are not issued back to the original payment method
  • Store credit does not expire
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you used our return label, that cost will be deducted from your store credit amount

🏬 In-Store Purchase Policy (All Locations)


All purchases made at any Hello HoneyPie in-store location are FINAL SALE.


No returns or exchanges are accepted for in-store purchases.
This applies to all items, including clothing, accessories, and jewelry.


This policy is required by the individual store locations and must be honored for all in-person purchases.


Fitting rooms may be available depending on the location — please ask a staff member for assistance.


Items purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged online.


Please be sure to check sizing, fit, and item details before completing your purchase.
